OpenEnvoy Verified Payments vCards Customer Rebate Disclosure
Last updated: May 22, 2026
Effective: May 25, 2026
Customer Rebate Disclosure. OpenEnvoy customers who enable virtual card (vCard) payments through the OpenEnvoy platform are eligible to earn a rebate of up to 1.75% on qualifying vCard spend as part of the Verified Payments Rebate Program. Rebate rates are determined by a tiered structure based on annual virtual card volume, the number of OpenEnvoy platform modules actively in use, or a combination of both. All eligible business customers are evaluated against the same criteria. The applicable rebate rate for each customer is set forth in the customer's order form with OpenEnvoy. Qualifying spend means net vCard transaction volume processed through OpenEnvoy, excluding reversals, refunds, and disputed transactions. The rebate will be credited quarterly to the customer's OpenEnvoy Financial Account. This is a time-limited launch incentive valid through December 31, 2026. OpenEnvoy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the program, including applicable rates and tier criteria, at any time upon notice to enrolled customers. The rebate does not increase the invoice amount payable by the customer, change the customer's payment terms with the vendor, or change the fees (if any) the customer pays OpenEnvoy. Enabling vCard for a vendor does not obligate the customer to use vCard for any specific invoice. Stripe does not endorse or guarantee the products or services of OpenEnvoy. Virtual cards powered by Stripe are issued by Celtic Bank, pursuant to a card network license. OpenEnvoy is a technology company, not a bank or financial institution.
