What it's for

Three agents, one interface

Ask OE includes three agents, each addressing a specific point of friction in the finance workflow.

Matching Agent is for AP teams. When a matching exception occurs, the agent explains exactly what triggered it in plain language, tied to the specific invoice or job. Users can diagnose and resolve issues in context — without institutional knowledge, escalation, or a support ticket.

Document Agent is for teams managing document extraction. When extracted data needs correction, users describe what needs to change conversationally and the update applies in real time — no manual form editing or field-by-field navigation required.

Analytics Agent is for AR and Cash App admins. Users can query cycle times, match rates, exception volumes, payment trends, and more on demand, in natural language. It replaces the wait for custom exports with direct access to the data you already have.
