Cancel your OpenEnvoy subscription

Follow these steps to cancel your subscription.

Professional or ProPlus subscribers

If you are a Professional or ProPlus customer, you can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or through our contact form. If you're on a monthly subscription plan, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle and you will no longer be billed. If you're on an annual subscription plan, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current month, and you will receive a prorated refund for any unused months. For refunds, please allow 5 business days for them to process.

Enterprise subscribers

If you are an Enterprise customer, you can cancel your subscription by contacting customer support via live chat or through our contact form. Depending on the terms of your contract, there may be additional requirements for cancellation. Please consult your contract for full details.
