Identifying Undercharges in OpenEnvoy
Undercharges are shown in both the Job Details and the Jobs List Page.
Job Detail Page:
Underbillings will appear in the 'Underbillings' field of the Job Detail page. They are shown with a separate label with green text, followed by a "CR". This is different than an Overbilling which would be shown in red and be labeled as "Overbillings".
Though the underbillings will be in your favor, this amount does not count towards the savings amount on the Dashboard.
Jobs Page:
Underbillings will also appear on the Jobs Page included in line item details.
