Set rules to automatically assign owners and teams for specific providers

  • Navigate to "Workspace"
  • Select "Rules" from the Workspace menu
  • Click the "Create rule" button on the top right
  • Select "Provider team assignment"
  • Click "Next"
  • Enter a name for the rule
  • Enter a description for the rule
  • Click "Choose provider(s)"
  • Choose the appropriate providers under "Add providers" then click "Save"
  • Click "Add Team"
  • Choose the appropriate team under "Teams" then click "Save"
  • Toggle the rule on to activate the rule
  • If the rule needs to be deleted, select "Delete rule" from the menu next to the toggle
